伝統と技の街、京都。
京都紀澤では、そんな京都に伝わる伝統工芸の京焼・清水焼を体験できます。
この体験教室では、職人が実際に使っている絵の具を使用して絵付をします。クオリティはもちろんのこと、実際に体験することで職人の凄さを体感することもできますよ！
プライベート体験はお客様のお好きな時間にお好きな人数で（※年末年始等予約不可能日もございます）、ごゆっくり存分にお楽しみいただけます。
奇数月の第二日曜日に開催される定期体験教室は、最大八人までのグループで体験することで、お得な金額で開催しています。

Kyoto — the City of Tradition and Craftsmanship
At Kyoto Kisawa, you can experience Kyo-yaki and Kiyomizu-yaki, the traditional pottery arts that have been passed down through generations in Kyoto.
In our painting workshop, you’ll use the very same pigments that our artisans use in their daily work. Not only will you enjoy creating your own piece, but you’ll also gain a deeper appreciation for the incredible skill and precision of Kyoto’s craftsmen.
Our private workshops allow you to enjoy the experience at your own pace, at your preferred time, and with your chosen group size.
(Please note that reservations may not be available during the New Year holidays and certain other dates.)
We also hold regular group workshops on the second Sunday of every odd-numbered month, perfect for those who wish to join a larger class and enjoy the experience more casually.

～紀澤の体験教室へのこだわり～
「たかが体験教室、されど体験教室」
紀澤は体験教室にも準備にはしっかりと手間暇をかけています。
一般的な絵付け体験だと真っ白の器に絵具は5色くらいで好きなように絵付けをしてもらうというパターンが多いのですが、紀澤では、体験してもらうの素材も事前に色を塗るための絵柄施して焼いたものをご用意しており、さらに使える絵具も15色以上と、お客様の個性を表現できるに十分なものご用意しています。
このことがとても評判もよく、仕上がった体験教室での作品ですら、ご自宅で愛着をもって使い続けていただけているほどです。
「体験教室」とはいえども、紀澤はお客様の個性を「初めての作品」として作り上げる機会だと考えて、年齢を問わず楽しみながらも、以後はずっと使っていただけるような気持ち持っていただけるための、いろんなお話もお伝えしております。
〜KIZAWA WORKSHOPS〜
At KIZAWA we make all efforts and preparations for our workshops.
Typical painting workshops have participants paint freely in 5 or so colors on a white piece of pottery, but at KIZAWA the earthenware is prepare with designs to be painted. We then offer over 15 colors of paint for you to create your original work of art.
The result is a unique and refined creation that can be enjoyed in your home in the same way as our professionally-made creations.
At KIZAWA we consider our workshops the opportunity for our customers to create their own first piece of art. We guide persons of all ages to make a lasting experience, which will stay with you as you continue to use your creation.
Prices for classes for foreigners vary depending on arrangements for interpreters, etc. Please contact us in advance. All applications will be accepted from spring 2025 onwards.
